What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is 2.00pm & check-out time is 12 noon.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room ?

Yes, with an extra charge.

Are baby cribs or cots available?

Cribs are available free of charge for babies and children up to the age of 4.

Are vegetarian meals available?

Vegetarian meals are available at all our restaurants, as well as for breakfast and on the in-room dining menu.

Do you allow dogs / pets?

Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed in our hotel property.

Is smoking allowed at the Hotel?

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the hotel property. However, we provide a dedicated smoking area outside our hotel.

What mode of payment are accepted at the hotel?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. All payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment apps such as Vattanac Bank App, Alipay and WeChat are also accepted.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am daily at Skylight, our airy all-day bistro.

Is a laundry service available?

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available. Charges are listed on the in-room laundry list, or you can approach any of our staff to assist you.

Where is the hotel located?

We are located in the heart of downtown Phnom Penh, on Preah Sisowath Quay on the riverfront and 10.9km (30-45 minutes drive) from the airport.

Are there parking spaces at the hotel ?

We have limited parking spaces for our guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is there to do near the hotel?

Do you have internet access / WiFi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed internet / WiFi access is available throughout the hotel, in all guestrooms & public spaces.

What is the voltage, pin and plug used in Cambodia?

Our plug sockets (and most in Cambodia) work with Type A, Type C and Type G plugs (most American, European, Australian and British plugs).
